REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are accepted for all products. Please email contact@zadiyabakerbeauty.com for more information.
- Merchandise must be returned/shipped out within 7 days of receiving your items.
- Any products/merchandise that was purchased on sale is final sale and is not eligible to be returned for an exchange.
- Products must be unused.
- Items may only be exchanged if damaged. If this occurs please email contact@zadiyabakerbeauty@gmail.com a photo of the damaged item and a return label will be sent. Once the damaged item is received, we will then send out the new item.

Exchanges are honored if there's an error on our end.
Due to the nature of Zadiya Baker Beauty products there are no refunds or exchanges on all custom wig units.
Please read carefully when choosing your custom wig size.
